This is a group shot at school. The school is called Dolce & Salato, the academy for chefs, pastry chefs and pizza makers in the Caserta province. This year’s programme also includes lectures on tomatoes. Only ingredients of excellence for those that will work in the food industry to continue the tradition of greatness of the Campania region’s gastronomy. The brand of excellence chosen for the tomatoes obviously is Ciao – Il Pomodoro di Napoli.
